Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our support team. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction

Handle inbound calls related to:

Account status or updates

Provide clear and accurate information regarding credit limits, interest rates, repayment options, and more.
Account Servicing

Assist with credit limit adjustments, card block or replacement requests, and account updates.

Guide customers through online services and digital platforms.
Customer Education

Educate customers about the company's:

Benefits and rewards programs

Policies and procedures

Security tips and best practices

Documentation & Compliance

Accurately log every customer interaction and outcome in the CRM system.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, data protection guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior staff when needed.
Performance & Quality

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as:
