Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, emails, live chats, or social media messages.

Understand customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.

Handle billing inquiries, order status updates, product information requests, and technical support questions.
2. Issue Resolution

Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

Maintain patience and professionalism during difficult conversations.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems.

Maintain logs of frequently occurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer feedback, common issues, and resolution times.
4. Product & Service Knowledge
-
Stay updated with product features, company policies, and service guidelines.

Provide accurate information and guide customers on product usage or service processes.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
-
Liaise with sales, technical, logistics, or finance departments to resolve customer queries.

Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and streamline support workflows.
6. Customer Feedback & Relationship Management

Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Build positive relationships by ensuring timely, friendly, and effective communication.

Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
