Position Details:
Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Email, Live Chat, and VSoft CRM software.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Deliver a professional and customer-centric support experience.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Age: 18–35 years
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA

Additional Information:
Laptop is mandatory (Company does not provide a laptop)
Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (Included in Salary)
Accommodation and food are not provided

Our Coimbatore office serves as one of AVM Labs' support centers, working closely with operations across India and the GCC in functions such as Customer Support, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, IT, and Administration.
