What You’ll Do
Identify & Qualify Leads: Discover high-potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Build & Nurture Relationships: Engage in meaningful conversations, uncover needs, and tailor pitches to win trust.
Pitch & Close Deals: Create persuasive presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet targets.
Conduct Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and extract insights to sharpen our strategy
Manage & Grow Pipeline: Track prospects through CRM, prioritize qualified leads, and coordinate follow-up efforts .
Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback to improve offerings, refine messaging, and address evolving needs .
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize outreach, and measure success
Explore New Markets: Support expansion into new geographies or verticals by conducting research and preparing go-to-market plans .
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align on promos, budgets, and delivery.
Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build the brand and network with potential clients .
We’d Love You If You Have:
*Education: Any bachelor’s degree—fields like Business, Marketing, or Communications are a plus
*Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales, marketing, business development, or related role
Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Confidence with MS Office and CRM tools
* A proactive, self-driven attitude and comfort handling multiple tasks under pressure
* Negotiation abilities and strategic thinking
* Strategic planning and analytical thinking;
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital marketing or B2B sales tools—experience from internships or real-world projects will give you an edge;
