Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Identify customer needs and help customers by using specific features.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Multi-tasking abilities & Patience when handling tough cases
- Should be open to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts.
Knowledge on GPS, billing, tech sales is preferred.
Excellent Communication skill is mandatory.
Shift : Should be flexible for rotational shifts
