Customer Support Executive
Job Description
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-
1. Engage in client onboarding, account management, and performance monitoring
2. Coordinate with the internal ops, sales, and tech teams to map all new customer onboardings
3. Take ownership of each customer onboarding and update all onboardings on a day to day basis
4. Prepare reports based on the performance metrics for different clients
5. Manage client delight and review updates
6. Respond to query tickets generated and close them at the earliest
7. Suggest internal process changes to help reduce the overall number of tickets being generated

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th May'22 and 20th Jun'22
3. are available for a duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Analytical, energy, inquisitiveness, ownership, and proactiveness
2. Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
3. Experience in report making, presentation (creation and delivery)
4. People skills
5. Analytical and problem-solving mindset
