We are looking for people with good communication skills and patient listeners who can deal with various customer support tasks such as providing basic/advanced information about our App and Games as well as understanding and helping to resolve various common and uncommon problems faced by customers.
Roles and responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues through phone, email, or chat.
Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department.
Maintain high level of professionalism and always provide excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions. Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and suggest enhancements to management.
Requirements:
Graduation
Languages:
English (must)
Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada/Odissi
Any prior experience in Customer Support stream is an added advantage.
Mandatory Skills:
Must have good communication skills.
Must have good level of patience to deal with all varieties of customers.
Must have thorough understanding of the product and services offered by the company.
Must quickly learn and adopt to new changes in the products and services.
