Customer Support Executive
Job Description
Process : (Outbound CS)
Department: Customer Service / Operations
Location: Ghansoli (MBP), Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calls for collection activities.
2. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
3. Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up
details.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
3. Gender: Male/Female
4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills
5. Other: Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational
week-offs.
Process Details:
1. Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)
2. Days of Working: 6 days working (Rotational week-off)
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and regional languages if required)

Ability to maintain a polite, patient, and professional tone even under pressure

Strong listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns
Technical Proficiency:

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Ability to quickly learn internal software systems or support portals

Familiarity with order tracking, billing systems, or ticketing tools is a plus

Strong desire to help customers and resolve problems efficiently

Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
