Job Description

Process : (Outbound CS)

Department: Customer Service / Operations

Location: Ghansoli (MBP), Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle outbound calls for collection activities.

2. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.

3. Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up

details.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Eligibility:

1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.

2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

3. Gender: Male/Female

4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills

5. Other: Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational

week-offs.

Process Details:

1. Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)

2. Days of Working: 6 days working (Rotational week-off)

Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and regional languages if required)

  • Ability to maintain a polite, patient, and professional tone even under pressure

  • Strong listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns

Technical Proficiency:

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office, email, and CRM tools

  • Ability to quickly learn internal software systems or support portals

  • Familiarity with order tracking, billing systems, or ticketing tools is a plus

Customer Service Orientation:

  • Strong desire to help customers and resolve problems efficiently

  • Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact

  • Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty

Problem Solving & Teamwork:

  • Analytical approach to understanding customer needs and challenges

  • Willingness to collaborate with team members, technical teams, or field staff to resolve complex issues

  • Quick learner and adaptable to new service protocols or product lines
