Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

This role requires a person who is empathetic, patient, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service. A customer-first attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide solutions and resolve customer concerns effectively through various communication modes.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Strong typing skills are essential.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

Work Details:
• Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office).
• Shifts: Rotational shifts; any 9-hour shift within a 24-hour window, as per process requirements.
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off between Monday and Friday.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in English and regional/local language(s) such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Clear, confident, and empathetic tone when speaking with customers

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Typing speed of 30–40 wpm with accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ticketing systems

  • Understanding of customer relationship practices and conflict resolution

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Active listening and interpersonal skills

  • Time management and multitasking in high-volume environments
