Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.

Required skills:
- Good typing Speed
- Basic Computer Skills
Candidates must be comfortable for rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.

Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with troubleshooting.
2. Problem Resolution

Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue resolutions in CRM software.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service improvements.
4. Sales & Upselling

Suggest additional products/services to customers based on their needs.

Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and replacements as required.
