Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Query Resolution:

Respond to incoming customer queries through phone, email, chat, or social platforms.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when needed.

Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful tone at all times.
2. Product and Service Support:

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to answer questions accurately.

Guide customers on how to use products or services effectively.

Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through basic technical steps (if applicable).

Provide updates on product availability, order status, delivery timelines, or service progress.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized assistance.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

Maintain confidentiality and respect customer privacy and data security.
4. Data Management and Documentation:
-
Record customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in CRM software or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, Zendesk).

Keep customer records updated and organized.

Share recurring issues or customer feedback with relevant teams for product or service improvements.
5. Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Coordinate with the technical, logistics, sales, or billing departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Participate in training programs, team meetings, and product update sessions.

Suggest process improvements or FAQs based on customer feedback and common issues.
-
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
