Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Resolve customer queries effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Promote and sell products/services to potential customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer service KPIs.

Maintain records of customer interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.

Minimum education: 12th pass (Higher Secondary).

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with tools like Excel is a plus.
