Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in order processing, refunds, replacements, and tracking requests.
Issue Resolution & Escalation:
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex concerns to senior management or relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide personalized support based on customer needs and preferences.
- Take feedback and suggest improvements in products/services.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer concerns and resolutions.
- Work with CRM software to track customer interactions and case status.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend solutions.
- Support sales teams by providing customer insights and feedback.
