Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Outbound Process) with experience in insurance sales or telesales. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance policies.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries regarding policy benefits, premiums, and claims.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure policy purchase and renewals.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Process applications and assist with policy documentation.
4. Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies.
