Customer Support Executive

Inbound and outbound calling

Minimum Graduation qualification is a must.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Telugu.

Any sales profiles would do.

Freshers can be considered if they are interested to work in the outbound sales process.

Any banking process/customer service profiles would doBPO background people working in the Banking process would do international BPO Voice process

Financial services BPO

Candidate Responsibilities:-

Candidate needs to do an outcall and Explain about banking products(Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans etc.,)

Need to reach the monthly targets

Need to resolve customer Queries

Maintain good communication skills
