We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives proficient in Telugu and Kannada languages to join our team at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Assistance

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Communicate with customers in Telugu or Kannada, ensuring clarity and politeness.

Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies.
2. Issue Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

3. Relationship Management

Build positive and long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.

Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude in all interactions.

Record feedback and share insights with management to improve service quality.
4. Coordination and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Update databases with current customer information.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless service.
5. Performance & Service Quality

Meet and maintain the company’s customer service standards.

Skills and Competencies:

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Telugu or Kannada (speaking and understanding).

Basic communication in Hindi or English is a plus.

Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries patiently.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office and CRM tools.
