Position Title - Customer Support Executive (Semi Voice Process)

- Ensuring Customer satisfaction as per the SLAs
- Handling email, chat, and call from customers and providing them with a solution to their queries/concerns
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience with customer support would be good to have
- Experience with international processes will be an advantage.
