Position Title - Customer Support Executive (Semi Voice Process)

Job Specifications

  • Ensuring Customer satisfaction as per the SLAs
  • Handling email, chat, and call from customers and providing them with a solution to their queries/concerns
  • Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience with customer support would be good to have
  • Experience with international processes will be an advantage.

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate 

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Location : It is work from office

No cab facility

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
