Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient Customer Support Executive to join our inbound voice support team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls to provide assistance, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from customers seeking support or information.

Understand customer queries, issues, or complaints and provide accurate solutions or escalate them when necessary.

Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

Guide customers through product features, order processes, service plans, or billing issues.

Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality and compliance.

Work closely with other departments (technical, sales, billing) to resolve complex customer issues.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and resolution rate.

Participate in training sessions to keep knowledge up-to-date about products, policies, and customer service best practices.

Handle difficult or irate customers calmly and professionally, aiming to resolve concerns and retain customer loyalty.

Provide feedback to management about common customer concerns or product improvement opportunities.
Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and call management systems (training will be provided).

Good command over English, Hindi, regional languages.
Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer interactions.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
