Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Query Handling

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.

Listen actively to customer needs and respond with clear, accurate, and friendly assistance.

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or usage instructions for products and services.

Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate internal departments while keeping the customer informed.
2. Complaint Management & Resolution

Acknowledge customer complaints and log them accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their issues.

Work closely with internal teams such as technical support, logistics, or billing to resolve complaints.

Ensure all issues are closed within the defined service level agreement (SLA).
3. Product Knowledge & Communication

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, promotions, and policies.

Educate customers on how to use products, renew services, or benefit from upgrades and features.

Share customer feedback with the product or service team to contribute to continuous improvement.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and solutions provided.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call volumes, issue types, and resolution timelines.

Identify trends in queries and suggest proactive solutions to common issues.
5. Process Adherence & Team Support

Follow standard operating procedures and scripts where applicable to ensure consistent service quality.

Collaborate with other customer support team members to improve response time and accuracy.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings.

Support customer retention strategies by providing consistent and caring service.
