EdukYu is looking for a Student Support CRM Executive whose main responsibility is to support all enrolled students throughout their course journey.
Along with student support, the role includes maintaining good relationships with students and helping in new learner connections through student recommendations (indirect referrals).

Assist students with LMS login, classes, recordings, assignments, exam updates.

Provide reminders for fees, academic activities, and important dates.

Share university updates, notices, and guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues quickly.

Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing academic support.

Stay in regular touch with active students via call, WhatsApp, and email.

Build strong rapport and trust with students.

Take feedback and provide necessary support.

Understand students’ professional/academic circle.

Promote awareness of suitable programs among students' network.

Share interested learner details with the admission team.

Maintain monthly targets of student engagement and new connections.

Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Strong relationship-building ability

Basic MS Office, email & CRM skills

Friendly, patient, and student-centric approach

Capable of handling multiple student queries

12th Pass / Graduate
-
Experience in CRM, support, or EdTech preferred (not mandatory)

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
