Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products/services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly attitude towards customers.

2. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:

  • Identify customer issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.

  • Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

4. Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
  • Educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and service improvements.

5. Customer Retention & Satisfaction:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Recommend new products or services based on customer needs.
