Job Description
US based collection process, ( In this process you have call US Customer to collect there due payments from cutomer those who have missed their Credit card payments within 90 days. You have to make their payment on call /Conveince them to do payment done on call .)
Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (Rotational night shift)
Week Off - 5 days working 2 days’ week off (Rotational)
6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
Education - HSC minimum
Experience - SSC /HSC fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
