Job Title: Customer Support Service – International Voice Process
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone) – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We’re hiring Career Counselors to interact with U.S. based clients. Your role is to understand their career goals, have meaningful conversations, and guide them toward suitable opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills who want to gain international exposure while working from Indore.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with professionals via calls, email, and chat.
Understand their background, interests, and career goals.
Provide relevant guidance and information clearly and confidently.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Work towards achieving team and individual performance goals.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours).
Previous experience in BPO / international voice process / counseling is a plus.
Freshers with good English skills are welcome.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
