Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services offered by the respective processes 
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, service problems, and general questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems or software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates (Fresher/Experienced) 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts for processes
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift timings may vary depending on the process:
  • Working days: 5 days a week 
  • No cab facility provided; candidates must arrange their transportation.
