Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service through voice interactions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve effective issue resolution
Offer product or service recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team for further assistance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer support.
Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent command of the English & Hindi language, both written and verbal, with clear pronunciation and good listening skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Professional and courteous demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
