Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails to resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure positive experiences.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (response time, resolution rate, etc.)
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and services.
