Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at GULBONDA PVT LTD in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes providing online support and technical support to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Should have 0-1yr of international BPO experience
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Should be confident to make sales from leads
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift time: General & Night
