Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Chat Process team at Hexaware BPS. The role involves handling customer queries through chat with a focus on delivering excellent service and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and complex queries.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduation (Freshers not eligible).
- Experience: 6 months to 3+ years in chat or customer support process.
- Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Work Details:
- Shift: Rotational shifts.
- Week Offs: Rotational week-offs.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Transport: One-way cab facility (Drop only).
