Job Description
Immediate Opening for Customer Support Executive with Telugu communication skills
Graduate/ Diploma --- Fresher/ Experienced
Good typing skills & computer knowledge
Shift time : 9.30 to 6.30 Pm
Job Location : Hosur
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Query Handling:

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chat messages professionally and efficiently.

Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or information.

Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, account information, orders, or technical issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
2. Complaint Resolution:

Identify the root cause of problems and offer accurate solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams or supervisors as needed.

Maintain a calm and positive attitude, even when handling difficult or irate customers.

Record all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

Log every interaction in the CRM or ticketing system with detailed notes.

Keep records of customer feedback, issues reported, and action taken.

Generate basic daily reports on support tickets handled and closed.
4. Product and Process Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.

Stay updated with changes in policies, features, pricing, or procedures.

Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
5. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, technical, and billing departments to resolve complex issues.

Share common customer feedback and suggestions with internal teams for improvement.

Support colleagues during high-volume hours or during team absences.
