2. Ability to write, speak and understand in English & Hindi
3. The prospect needs to display customer service attitude, verbal skills which will be validated by SLA manager
4. Ability to comprehend & draft mails to prospects as per the scenarios.
5. Should have worked for at least 6 months in lending process and worked on applications similar to Finnone or Pennant and other subsequent CRM application
6. Typing speed expectation of minimum 20 Words per minute & above. Good in Excel
