Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers for a Customer Support Executive role. Candidates should have basic knowledge of accounting and strong communication skills. You will handle customer queries, provide product support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
B.Com Final year/completed
Basic knowledge of accounting & MS Office
Good communication skills in English
Customer-oriented and eager to learn
Knowledge of any accounting software is a plus
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication
-
Interact with customers via phone (inbound/outbound), email, chat, or ticketing systems.

Understand customer queries, complaints, or requests and respond with accurate information.

Ensure every interaction is polite, helpful, and professional.
2. Problem Solving & Query Resolution
-
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to products, services, accounts, transactions, or order status.

Provide step-by-step support or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Track and follow up on cases until closure.
3. Product & Service Guidance
-
Guide customers regarding the use of products or services—especially in finance-related areas such as billing, statements, refunds, basic accounting queries, etc.

Provide clarity on features, offers, terms & conditions, and usage policies as needed.
4. CRM and Documentation
-
Accurately record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system or internal database.

Maintain up-to-date logs and case notes for internal tracking and audit purposes.
5. Process Compliance
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), scripts, and escalation protocols.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, especially in handling sensitive customer information.
6. Target Achievement (if applicable)
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets in areas like resolution time, call quality, ticket volume, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

For sales/support hybrid roles, contribute to upselling/cross-selling efforts.
