Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads for the Sales Team is the goal of this role.
Research white space accounts to find the right titles to contact (lead hunting). Build and execute an outbound prospecting cadence to reach target prospects.
Generate new leads through direct outreach. Developing leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Assist customer in resolving any open requests for support, assistance, information on upgrading etc.
Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering against those initiatives that have been identified as crucially important during each and every customer support engagement, for Email/calls.
