Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team, primarily focusing on inbound calls. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers by answering their queries, resolving issues, and offering support for our products or services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
As an Inbound Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing helpful information and solutions.

Address customer inquiries, issues, or concerns related to products, services, or company policies.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.

Document call details in the system, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
2. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:

Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to products or services (training will be provided where necessary).

Offer guidance and support to customers regarding usage, setup, or troubleshooting of products.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or inquiries were fully resolved.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or higher-level support staff.
4. Product Knowledge & Information Sharing:

Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Communicate promotions, special offers, or updates to customers when applicable.

Educate customers about product features and benefits, as well as help them understand how to maximize their use.
5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on call metrics, customer feedback, and any recurring issues.

Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding customer concerns or improvements to service processes.
6. Meeting Targets & KPIs:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for response time and quality of service.

Actively work towards maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
