2. Problem-Solving & Escalation

  • Identify customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support teams or relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM software.
  • Update customer details, service requests, and complaint resolutions.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and resolutions.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by handling queries efficiently.
  • Suggest upgrades, additional services, or solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups and feedback collection to enhance service quality.

5. Compliance & Quality Standards

  • Follow company policies, call scripts, and service protocols.
  • Adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
