Location: Bangalore & Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Shifts: Rotational (Aligned to US Time Zones)
Work Days: Rotating week (Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun)
Cab Facility: Available for both pick-up and drop during rotational shifts
Job Purpose
To support HR operations by handling employee and candidate queries through calls, emails, and chats. This
role focuses on recruitment support, document verification, and resolving HR-related concerns with accuracy
and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming HR queries via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately log all interactions into HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Support onboarding and rehiring processes
- Guide users on using self-service HR tools and portals
- Follow data privacy (GDPR) and security protocols
- Conduct proper identity and document verification
- Make follow-up calls when necessary
- Keep documentation (DTPs, Knowledge Base, SharePoint) up to date
- Maintain attendance and adhere to HR policies
- Deliver excellent service to avoid complaints and escalations
Skills Required
- Familiarity with HR tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Basic technical skills and ability to learn quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools
Experience
- Freshers: Welcome to apply
- Experienced (up to 3 years): Preferred if background in HR or BPO support
- All candidates must submit previous employment documents (if applicable)
Salary & Pay Details

Note: Salary is processed by Joules to Watts on behalf of Accenturee.
Cab facility is available.
