JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive
LOCATION: Sector V Salt lake Kolkata (WORK FROM OFFICE)
QUALIFICATION: 12th PASS
EXPERIENCE: ONLY FRESHERS CAN APPLY
AGE: 18 – 30 years
PLEASE NOTE:
* ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
* Pickup and Drop facility will be provided.
SHIFT TIMINGS:
* MALE & FEMALE: Evening, Night & Mid-Night (07:00am to 08:00pm WINDOW)
* Log In Hours: 9 hours shift
* Rotational Shift (6 days working with 1 rotational day off).
REMUNERATION:
* Salary: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- PM (IN HAND) with no deductions
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process:
* Chat support process.
Job:
* Inbound call management.
* Handling customer’s grievances.
* Solving queries.

* Well versed in English Speaking & Writing.
* Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think independently and make decisions.
* Capability of work under pressure.
* Must be a good team player.

* Excellent communication and Convincing skills.
