Job Description
Position : Customer Support executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Customer Inquiries

Respond to customer queries via phone calls, emails, chat, or in-person interactions.

Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, pricing, delivery timelines, or company policies.

Log and track every customer interaction using the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
2. Issue Resolution

Understand customer concerns thoroughly and provide effective solutions within the defined service level agreement (SLA).

Escalate complex issues to higher levels (technical support, supervisors, or specialized departments) when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by offering personalized service.

Retain customers by showing empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.

Provide proactive support to ensure customer needs are met even before they raise issues.
4. Feedback and Improvement

Record customer feedback regarding services, products, or policies and report them to the relevant departments.

Suggest improvements to internal processes based on customer pain points.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather insights for continuous service improvement.
5. Product and Process Knowledge

Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and system changes.

Educate customers on product usage, features, and self-service options.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and workshops to continuously upgrade service knowledge.
6. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain clear records of all customer interactions, conversations, follow-ups, and issue resolution steps.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.g., number of calls, issue types, resolution rates).

Analyze trends in customer issues and share recurring problems with relevant departments.
