Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international customer calls and provide accurate information.
Resolve billing and service-related issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex concerns.
Meet performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ months of experience in inbound call process.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of billing, recurring charges, due dates, taxes, and service adjustments.
Experience using CRM tools.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift (5 days/week).
