Job Description
- Must have to work from Office only.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience in Telecalling/ Customer service
- Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone or email.
- Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.
- Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
- Analyzing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lead a team
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer experience and business operations.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, sales, billing, etc.) to ensure timely resolution.
