Job Description

1. Roles
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

  • Explain company services clearly and professionally.

  • Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.

  • Ensure smooth and positive customer experience during every interaction.

  • Represent medicalcertificate.in with accuracy and clarity.

2. Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries.

  • Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes.

  • Maintain CRM entries and update customer records regularly.

  • Follow up on leads and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and resolutions.

  • Document customer interactions and ensure timely closures.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

3. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory (any stream).

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Freshers or candidates with customer support/telesales experience can apply.

  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.

  • Confidence in handling calls and explaining services.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet targets.
