Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Photography Voice Process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communication via calls, messages, and emails related to our photography services. You will assist with appointment scheduling, customer feedback, queries, and product upselling while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Location: Koramangala - Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time (no work from home)
Pay: 15,000 to 18,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with queries related to photo shoots, appointments, orders, and feedback.
- Upsell photography products and packages where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Handle confidential patient/client information with discretion.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors or senior staff.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, internal processes, and company guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and call management systems.
- Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a voice process/customer service role.
