Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (Work from Home after Initial
Training)
Time Shift:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST – Friday to Tuesday
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist artists and artist managers on Bandsintown.com. This role requires someone with strong written communication skills, basic understanding of the music industry, and the ability to work diligently.
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to
artist and manager inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets.
● Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and feature navigation.
● Provide clear and empathetic responses to ensure user satisfaction.
● Escalate technical issues and feedback to the appropriate teams.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bandsintown’s features and updates.
● Document common issues and contribute to an internal knowledge base.
Requirements
● Strong written communication skills in English.
● Comfort with using / adapting to online tools such as Intercom / Slack and
other interfaces.
● Ability to work independently during the shift hours / weekend.
