We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 80 outbound connect calls per day to existing or potential customers. Your goal is to provide a positive customer experience while building strong relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities-
Make 80 connect calls daily to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Deliver an excellent customer experience on every interaction.

Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.

Collaborate with team members and management to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or tele-sales preferred.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-volume environment.

Positive, customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working toward daily targets and metrics.

Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.
