Customer Support Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:- Should have all over more than 0-1 year of work experience in the BPO or IT ( optional ) industry
- Should know the basic knowledge of computer.
- Should have been comfortable with the night shift.
- Must have worked in an international functional team ( optional ).
- Ensuring to minimize shrinkage & attrition percentage.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Should be only from a BPO Background
