Job Description
-Handle customer queries via call or chat professionally.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
-Follow communication guidelines and company protocols.
-Working days-6 days working, Sunday fix off
-Timings- 9'30am -9'30 pm
-Good communication skills required.
-Open to Male & Female candidates.
-Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
-Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

CRM & Ticketing Tools: Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar.
