Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction (Voice-Based):

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or verification purposes, as required.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
2. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate to relevant departments.

Record details of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken using CRM or call management software.

Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Quality & Compliance:

Follow company call handling protocols, scripts, and compliance guidelines at all times.

Adhere to quality standards set by the organization and participate in regular quality audits.

Maintain customer confidentiality and follow all data protection norms and regulatory requirements.
4. Coordination & Process Support:

Coordinate with internal departments such as billing, technical support, logistics, or accounts for issue resolution.

Provide accurate product or service information to ensure clear customer understanding.

Report recurring issues, call trends, or product/service feedback to the Team Leader or QA team.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain call logs, update ticket statuses, and input necessary customer details in the CRM system.

Prepare daily or weekly performance summaries when required.

Assist in compiling customer feedback to help improve processes and services.
