We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to
support the Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate should possess strong
communication skills in English, a professional attitude, and the
ability to handle client and customer interactions
effectively. This role requires multitasking ability, problem-solving
skills, and flexibility to support cross-functional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and client interactions in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Provide support through the helpdesk system, ensuring quick resolution of queries and issues
- Manage service requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Record and maintain accurate details of all customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion
- Support additional programs and cross-functional activities as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to work across different teams or programs
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- ₹18,000 per month for freshers
- Up to ₹23,000 per month based on experience
- Monday to Saturday
- Two Saturdays off per month (as per Helpdesk Manager's roster)
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
