Job Description
Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE)
Process: Voice Support
Profile: Customer Support Associate Full time
Log in hours: 8 hours working login and 1 hour break. Shift timings: Males- Rotational shift Females – Day shift (but the shift may extend upto 8 PM)
Rotational Week off.
Salary: 13k to 15.5k in hand with no deductions
Night shift allowance 1500/- if shift ends or extends 10 PM
6 days working with 1 week off

Key Responsibilities
• Handle domestic inbound/outbound calls; resolve inquiries and provide product/service
information. • Listen actively, identify needs, and offer solutions. • Document interactions in CRM with details and follow-ups.• Meet metrics: CSAT, FCR, AHT, quality, and accuracy.• Follow scripts, policies, and regulatory requirements; stay professional. • Escalate complex issues with context and next steps.• Stay updated on products, processes, and promotions. • Protect customer data per privacy guidelines.
Required Qualifications • 12th pass or higher; BPO/customer service experience preferred. • Excellent verbal skills in local language(s) and English; clear articulation.
• Strong listening, empathy, and calm handling of difficult customers. • Typing 25–30 WPM; basic computer literacy. • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings/weekends. • Positive, adaptable, resilient.
