PerksKey Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support and Assistance:

Assist in answering customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, and social media).

Provide accurate, timely, and clear responses to customer queries, including troubleshooting basic product or service-related issues.

Help customers navigate through products, services, or systems to resolve issues or enhance their experience.
2. Ticket Management:

Assist in logging, tracking, and managing customer support tickets or requests in the customer support system.

Prioritize support tickets based on urgency and escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts.

Ensure that all customer queries are followed up and closed promptly within set timelines.
3. Product and Service Knowledge:

Learn about the company’s products, services, policies, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and updates in order to provide accurate information to customers.

Assist with maintaining and updating the knowledge base or help center to provide self-service support options to customers.
4. Feedback Collection and Analysis:

Assist in gathering customer feedback through surveys or after-service follow-ups to identify areas for improvement.

Help compile data from customer interactions and report common issues or trends that require attention.

Support the customer support team by organizing feedback to share with relevant departments (e.g., product development, marketing).
5. Administrative Support:

Support the customer support team with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and report generation.

Assist in processing returns, refunds, and order cancellations where applicable.

Help maintain records of customer interactions and ensure that they are accurately entered into the system.
6. Quality Assurance:

Assist in conducting quality checks on customer support interactions (e.g., reviewing call recordings or chat logs) to ensure that company standards and procedures are met.

Provide input on ways to improve customer interactions and contribute to enhancing the customer support process.
7. Training and Learning:

Participate in internal training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

Observe and shadow experienced customer support executives to understand best practices in handling customer queries and issues.

Engage with the team to learn about customer support tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing software, live chat systems).
