Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about products/services, and persuading customers to take desired actions. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.2. Explain products/services clearly and effectively.3. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.4. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.5. Achieve daily/weekly targets.
Job Requirements:1. Higher Secondary or Graduate (any stream)2. Fresher candidates are welcome3. Good English communication skills4. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
